Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by FixGate Maywood Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.

Services Provided

FixGate Maywood Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services to customers in Maywood, CA and surrounding areas. We make every effort to respond quickly and perform services safely, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, and service demand.

Our services include but are not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. The specific service provided will depend on your vehicle type, location, and situation.

Payment and Pricing

Payment for services is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Price quotes provided over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual conditions encountered, including but not limited to distance, time, difficulty of recovery, and required equipment.

If your vehicle is being towed to a storage facility and you do not retrieve it within a reasonable time, storage fees will apply according to local regulations. You are responsible for all charges incurred, including towing, storage, and any administrative fees.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of your service request. You must inform us of any special conditions, such as a locked steering wheel, missing keys, or damage to your vehicle, that may affect the towing process.

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before it is towed. FixGate Maywood Towing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in your vehicle. You must provide proof of ownership or authorization to have the vehicle towed.

Liability and Insurance

FixGate Maywood Towing carries liability insurance as required by law. We take reasonable care to protect your vehicle during towing and transport. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, or damage caused by the inherent condition of your vehicle.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the towing process. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect expenses. Any claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover time and fuel costs. If our driver arrives at your location and you are not present or refuse service, you may be charged a service call fee.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services or charges, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaints fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Changes to Terms

FixGate Maywood Towing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
